Every second Friday of the month, we experience an invigorating, energising as well as a calming and soothing weekend with Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga yoga is a traditional method of yoga and not solely used as exercise. It is one of the most powerful, popular and proven methods of yoga. The physical postures cleanse and purify the body, ridding it from excess fat and toxins as well as toning the body. Breathing and moving together help us clear our minds, and connect more peacefully with ourselves.This weekend is suitable for Advanced Practitioners as well as Beginners.
