Hiwar
In the era of total communication, certain conversations have broken off.
Is it because of the differences in our stories, our suffering or our ideas?
How will we be able to mend this divide?
The exhibition Hiwar is not an attempt to reestablish a dialogue between cultures, but to try to free the words from their shells, it’s a question of a crack, it is not broken.
The event brings together artists from diverse origins and invites them to reveal a dialogue through the voice of different mediums such as video, photography, installations, painting and performance.
Therefore, the curtain rises on the discussion of authority and war. In opposition, other works murmur the words of love that try to repair the broken bridges.
Finally, certain artists chose to reveal a message that provokes a lack of understanding with the other and deepens the wounds of communication.
